Refund and Returns Policy

Please make a video while unboxing the parcel. If you have an unboxing video, we will cover any damage/broken product complaints.

Thank you for shopping at Potency.pk. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return or request a refund for eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

1. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.
2. The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
3. You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Health Products
• Food Products
• Gift Cards

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@potency.pk and send your parcel back to our address.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
